Crelake House
Our Commitment to Improvement
We have been hard at work implementing numerous enhancements that not only meet the necessary standards but also elevate the quality of our facilities and services for our residents.
We are delighted to announce that, following an inspection by the Care Quality Commission on 15th and 23rd January 2019, we received an overall “GOOD” rating in their report. The inspectors highlighted several positive observations, including:
- “People, relatives, staff, and professionals all described improved safety systems at the service.”
- “People said they felt safe living at Crelake. Their comments included: 'I am happy and feel safe living here, there are never any problems,' 'I like walking in the garden and the rails keep me safe,' and 'There is a lovely atmosphere and the staff are sincere.'”
This achievement reflects the dedication and hard work of the entire Team at Crelake House.
We remain committed to continuing our efforts to make Crelake House the best possible home for our residents.
